We want you to love your saree! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns & refunds:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Request returns within 7 days of delivery.

Condition:

Saree must be unworn, unwashed & undamaged.

Original tags/packaging must be intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos of the product + issue

Reason for return

We’ll respond within 24 hours with approval & return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to:

Wrong item shipped
-
Defective/damaged product

Our error in order processing.

4. Refund Process

Timing: Refund will be credited within 4 to 5 business days.

Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, PhonePe wallet).

Exceptions:

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds via bank transfer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are free for:

Size/color changes (subject to availability).

Defective items.

Customer covers shipping costs for non-defective exchanges.
6. Damaged/Defective Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
No refunds if:

Saree shows signs of wear (stains, perfume, pet hair).

Return request is made after 7 days.

Product was bought during a “No Returns” promotion.
