Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange your saree, here are the details:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
✅ You can exchange if:
Request is made within 7 days of delivery
Saree is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Original tags and packaging are intact
Reason for exchange falls under:
Wrong size/color received
Defective product (stitching flaws, color bleed, etc.)
Wrong item shipped by us
❌ Cannot be exchanged:
Custom-made or personalized sarees
Clearance sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
Blouses/petticoats (for hygiene reasons)
Products showing signs of wear or alteration
2. How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days:

Include: Order number, product photos, and reason for exchange
Wait for approval:
We’ll respond within 24 hours
Provide return instructions if needed
Ship it back:
Use secure packaging to prevent damage
Recommended to use trackable shipping
3. Exchange Process
Free exchanges for our mistakes (wrong item/defective)
Customer pays shipping for size/color changes
Processing time: The exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days
We’ll notify you when new item is shipped
4. Important Notes
🔸 Color Variations:
Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings
Check “True Color” guide on product pages
🔸 Exchange Limitations:
Maximum 1 exchange per order
Can only exchange for same product in different size/color (subject to availability)
🔸 Festive Periods:
Extended exchange window may apply during Diwali/New Year (will be announced)
5. If Your Desired Item is Unavailable
If exchange item is out of stock, you can choose:
Store credit for future purchase
Refund to original payment method
Alternative product of equal value
