1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India. For international shipping, please contact us at siyasilkmarketing@gmail.com.
2. Processing Time
product will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Custom or heavy-work sarees may take 5–7 business days for dispatch (we’ll notify you if delayed).
Note:Â Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or remote locations.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

4. Shipping AddressÂ
Ensure your address is accurate and complete (with PIN code).
5. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will return to us.
We’ll contact you to reship (additional shipping fees may apply).
6. International Shipping
Available on request. Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Damaged/Missing Items?
Inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged:
Refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Share photos of damage at siyasilkmarketing@gmail.com for a replacement/refund.
